This site does not track you.

Cookies we set

None. Not essential ones, not analytical ones, not advertising ones. We store exactly one thing in your browser, and only after you have answered the banner: a record of the answer itself, under the name eo-consent. It holds your choice, the date you made it, and nothing else. It is not a cookie, it is never sent to us or to anyone else, and it exists so that we do not have to ask you again, and so that a refusal is remembered rather than quietly reset. Clearing your browser storage removes it and the banner returns.

The banner, and what your choice does

Essential only means nothing optional is ever loaded or set. Accept all permits optional third-party content and measurement. Today the site has neither, so the two choices currently produce the same page — we ask now so that your preference is already on record if that changes.

The one exception either way is the job listing on our careers page. That listing is the content of the page rather than an optional extra, so it loads for everyone who visits it; it comes from BambooHR and may set cookies of its own. If you would rather not load it, the roles can be read directly at hynesandkhater.bamboohr.com/careers, or simply do not visit that page.

Both buttons carry the same weight, sit side by side, and neither is preselected. You can change your answer at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer of every page, and withdrawing is exactly as easy as agreeing.

Analytics and tracking

We run no analytics product, no tag manager, no advertising pixels, and no session recording. We do not know who visits this site, we do not build profiles, and we do not follow you to other sites.

Third-party requests

On every page except one, each file this site loads comes from our own domain: stylesheets, scripts, images, logos, and typefaces. The fonts are self-hosted, so your browser never contacts Google or any other font service. There is no embedded video, chat widget, map, or social plugin.

The exception is the careers page, which lists our open roles through BambooHR. That listing loads from hynesandkhater.bamboohr.com, so visiting the careers page contacts BambooHR's servers and may set cookies belonging to them. BambooHR is our applicant tracking provider; anything you submit through a job application is held by them under their own privacy policy and processed by us only to consider you for the role. No other page on this site loads anything from BambooHR.

Server logs

The site is served as static files from Microsoft Azure. As with any web host, Azure records standard request data such as IP address, timestamp, requested file, and browser user-agent string, for security and operational purposes. We do not use those records for analytics and we do not combine them with anything else. Microsoft processes them under its own data protection terms.

When you contact us

There is no form on this site. Every "talk to the team" link opens your own email client or dials a number, so nothing is submitted to us until you choose to send it.

When you do write or call, we keep your message and the details you include for as long as the conversation and any resulting engagement require, and then we delete them. We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not sell, rent, or share your information, and we have never done so.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@hyneskhater.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you those rights and the right to complain to your national supervisory authority. If you are in California, Texas, or another US state with comparable law, you have equivalent rights; we do not sell or share personal information as those statutes define it.

Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this notice

If we change how any of this works, we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be called out here rather than made quietly.
