Everything published here — descriptions of the EO platform, its capabilities, the consulting practice, and the outcomes we describe — is provided for general information. It is not a proposal, a quote, a warranty of performance, or a commitment to deliver any particular scope, timeline, or result.

Outcomes we describe were achieved in specific operating environments. Yours will differ. Nothing here should be relied on as a prediction of what EO or our consulting practice will achieve for your airline.

No engagement is formed here

Using this site, or writing to us through it, does not create a client, advisory, or professional relationship, and places no obligation on either of us. Work begins only under a written agreement signed by both parties.

Where a signed agreement covers the same ground as these terms, that agreement controls and these terms do not modify it.

Forward-looking statements

Some of what we describe reflects current direction rather than shipped functionality. Capability, sequence, and timing are subject to change without notice, and nothing described as planned should be treated as promised.

Intellectual property

This site, its text, layout, graphics, diagrams, and code, along with the EO name and the Hynes & Khater name and marks, belong to us or to our licensors. You may read the site, share links to it, and quote briefly from it with attribution. You may not copy, republish, or adapt it for commercial purposes, or use our names or marks, without our written permission.

Airline, vendor, and platform names and logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners. They appear to identify the systems EO connects to and the environments we have worked in. Their appearance is not a claim of partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement in either direction.

Third-party content and links

Our careers page lists open roles through BambooHR, and some pages link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Those services carry their own terms and privacy policies, which govern your use of them.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its hosting, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages to us or anyone else.

No warranties

The site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that the information here is complete, current, or accurate in every respect.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Hynes & Khater nor its officers, employees, or contractors will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunity, arising out of your use of or inability to use this site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred United States dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, in which case the ones above apply only to the extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If a clause fails

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part is limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in force. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
